Bone Soup is psyched to present a once-in-a-lifetime, triple-trouble bill of American and Australian garage-rock and slacker-pop across the East Coast in August and September!

The Triple Trouble Y'All tour teams up Harlem [Austin], Bleeding Knees Club [Sydney] and Colleen Green [Oakland] for special shows in Melbourne, Byron Bay and Brisbane, ahead of their joint appearance at the Sounds Of The Suburbs festival in Sydney on Sunday 3rd September. Tickets for all shows are on-sale now, with details below.

Harlem are a band we never thought we'd see live in Australia. Blazing out of Tucson AZ via their self-released debut 2008 album "Free Drugs ;-)", the trio re-settled in Austin TX and signed a multi-record, worldwide deal with Matador for their second album, 2010's "Hippies". The rambunctious record was a perfect storm of devil-may-care scuzz-rock and doo-wop noise, receiving rave reviews including an 8.1 from Pitchfork who frothed "A garage band studied in the ways of 'Nuggets' but clearly enamored with Pixies, they are committed to crafting bubblegum choruses flavored with booze and cigarettes". In its wake the band toured with The Dead WeatherJapandroidsTitus Andronicus and more, before going on hiatus in 2012 and splitting into side projects Lace CurtainsLas RosasDaytona and Grape St. This Australian tour is their first time playing together in five years!

Bleeding Knees Club are riding high off the back of this year's "Chew The Gum" EP, which saw the ex-Gold Coast outfit relocated to Sydney via frontman Alex Wall, and with a brand new line-up. Their debut 2012 album "Nothing To Do" was produced by Dev Hynes (Blood Orange) and featured the lo-fi, high-rotation triple j smash "Teenage Girls". After living and touring in America as Wax Witches for a few years, Alex moved back to Australia and hooked up with John Patterson (The Grates) as producer for this year's 4-tracker. Rolling Stone raved "The new line-up means new - welcome - depth, with the trashy bubble-gum punk title-track showing off not just a more well-rounded musical edge, but a captivating self-reflexivity from lead-man Alex Wall". The band recently completed a chaotic national tour that included one broken jaw and one broken ankle, and The Brag surmised "Bleeding Knees Club's chaotic Sydney comeback show proved punk is not dead".

Colleen Green is at the vanguard of California's slacker-pop scene. Wearing her punk-rock influences on her sleeve with nods to both Descendents and The Ramones, her debut 2011 album "Milo Goes To Compton" included a song called "I Wanna Be Degraded". Signing to Seattle's Sub Pop offshoot Hardly Art (Chastity BeltHunx & His Punx) for 2013's follow-up "Sock It To Me", Colleen continued to mine baked bedroom pop and boy-trouble ruminations before travelling to Nashville to work with producer Jake Orrall (JEFF The Brotherhood) for 2015's impossibly cool "I Want To Grow Up"Spin vibed it was full of "crunchy Clinton-era sonics associated with apathy and irony, reappropriated here for confessions so direct that she might as well be singing from a kneeler."

Join us for a tour of triple trouble from three special outfits that have never toured together before, and may never tour together again!
